The Japanese manufacturer Pioneer has unveiled an optical disc capable of storing up to 400GB of data. The disc uses the Blu-Ray Sony with the Pioneer own. Apparently, it will be compatible with BluRay players. Pioneer table for marketing between 2008 and 2009 for the 2010/2012 ROM 400GB and 400GB for the rewritable version. They already speak to 1TB for 2013 ...
The evolution of storage capacity is extraordinary. When I think my first PC running MS Dos had a 40MB hard drive ... I really liked the battery technologies have evolved so quickly.
