The Scandinavian Bang & Olufsen just announced (March 2009) of their new living room audio system BeoSound 5 digital music system ($ 5377).

As might be expected with B & O, the design remains so clean and elegant. This time, curiosity is the control interface that is a table 2.65kg which has an LCD screen of 10.4 inches with 1024 x 768 resolution. Everything is controlled with an aluminum wheel.

The chain BeoControl 5 also functions as media server and can store 500GB of music. Note the presence of an internet connection (ethernet), an HDMI output and 3 USB ports.
