I had already written a similar application for Windows Mobile (FakeCall). The same concept with the same name also has been set up for iPhone. Fake Call is a simple application that allows you to call yourself to get out of a meeting pompous or other situations. It's as simple as pressing one button.
FakeCall iPhone costs less than 1 dollar, and the publisher Tap Magic announced that 10% of that price goes to the charity.
