There are few weeks that, Blogmusik and other distribution systems MoD (Music On Demand), were cutting the grass under the feet for reasons of non-observance of copyrights. Face the same problem some have chosen exile, others have chosen to take the bull by the horns and offer users a free and legal music on demand.

Here Blogmusik v2 platform on-demand music free, open and legal. Loan of 120 000 titles are listed and continue to be supplemented by users. Its look like itune "offers simple navigation and use. It is also possible to create your own playlists, share playlists and songs using only a simple copy / paste.

And this is just the beginning! The adventure of these platforms in my opinion is just the beginning suggests that many (r) evolution?

This site is great.
It is not at home thanks to its interface similar to iTunes and it offers a wide selection of music which should increase in the coming weeks.
For me the reference site for Music on Demand.

Mouais ... I think the whole concept of "flash" is not wrong to make "pretty" things, but in terms of referencing and simple navigation is simply mediocre. Reminds me of almost all the sites in "gif" of the time : lol:

Although this is just a personal opinion of the web technician, I prefer more radioblogclub.com to the proximity it has with its community, still listening to develop the site and most importantly, not while a gas factory with CD flying for the simple animation in order to search and listen to a piece of 'zik.

In addition, BlogMusik does not offer tools to users allowing them to read files on their site, to customize their space or something else (coming soon;)) ...
I consider more as a "site" properly closed and not offering quite the same services ...

In any case, it is still a useful tool, and I wish happiness to its creators ;)

Contrary to what they are trying to pretend, Blogmusik had no agreement with the SACEM.

By against, I read on Techcrunch

"Blogmusik only" talk "with SACEM and will not agree until négos between SACEM and radioblogclub will not be completed."

It also reads

"If one reads the" terms of use "of blogmusik
http://www.blogmusik.net/legal/terms-of-use.php
and the Dailymotion
http://www.dailymotion.com/legal/terms
is the same. It's the same in French. DailyMotion Blogmusik =?

Blogmusik encouraging people to upload music falls under Article L. 335-2-1 CPI, new section inserted by Act DAVDSI and prosaà ¯ cally called "Vivendi amendment" and therefore that Universal is poised to sue.

It is not beautiful free enterprise in all honesty?

In the same genre, there is also a site called Jamendo -> wwww.jamendo.com / en, but they intend to listen and download albums from artists who are not even signed!
You can even vote, comment, or sponsor! Moi j'aime bien!
