I know what artist did that but the idea of pumping pure and simple. The Inrocks had also used the video for a cover of one of their promotional CDs. The proof image on the following link:

When it comes to creating an awareness campaign, it is not forbidden to use icons or images from art.
If it was "Pumping idea outright," it would have been easier for them to remove the photo with the car ... And then we would have seen that fire!
